Rue Saint Paul has been in existence since 1350. It is a stylish and smart street in Le Marais with antique dealers close to the Seine, l’Ile Saint Louis, la Place des Vosges and Opéra Bastille.

The apartment is within walking distance of Musée Picasso, musée Carnavalet and the wonderful 17th century Place des Vosges. It is quite close to the rue saint Antoine and rue de Rivoli known for their shops of all sorts.

Crossing the river at about 10 minutes walking you reach l’Ile Saint Louis, its hôtels particuliers and classical buildings. The island is surrounded by a tree line cobblestone embankment where you can stroll and immerse yourself in the beauty of the scenery.

This newly renovated apartment is located on the first floor opening onto the court yard with 2 large windows. The high beamed ceiling gives the studio a large volume. The living room has two comfortable 1930’s style armchairs and table, a marble dining table and 3 chairs, a cupboard and a “commode” of the same style.
