for a one-week rental, cleaning is included. for rentals of more than one week, cleaning is available on request, at 12 euros/hour.
included: refrigerator, dishes and cookware, telephone, tv, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, linens
utilitiy charges are included in the rate.
booking deposit, 10% of the rental plus security deposit, 10% of the rental. deposits refunded on departure.
there is a 5% charge for payment via paypal.
low season: mid-january until the end of march, august ; high season: april until the end of july , september until mid-january
